How it works

From application to first delivery in about a week.

We built this for the people doing the ordering — not the finance team three floors up. Three steps, no portals to wrestle with.

  1. Bar manager chatting with customers behind the bar
    01

    Apply for an account

Send us your trading details and a venue address. Most accounts are approved inside a working day, with terms set against your route.

  2. Copper distillery equipment from above
    02

    Browse the local catalog

See what each independent producer near you is putting out this week. Mix kegs, cases and singles into one cart, on any device, in under a minute.

  3. Stacked colourful kegs outside a pub
    03

    Order for delivery

Drop into the next route running past your door — usually within 48 hours. Track the van, get a real ETA, sign on the driver's phone.

From the bars

People doing the ordering, in their own words.

Used to spend Thursday mornings on the phone chasing reps. Now I pull up the catalog on the train in, drop a 50L of Pier 4 into the cart, and it lands before opening on Saturday. That's the whole story.

Stocking three local distilleries we'd never have got near through a national wholesaler. Margins are sharper, the regulars notice, and the paperwork stopped being my problem.

Meet the team

We pull the pints we sell.

Keg & Case started in the back of a Bermondsey taproom when two brewers and a publican got fed up of guessing what would actually arrive on the dray. Today we run three local routes a week, vetted by people who've done a Saturday changeover with a half-empty cellar.

  • Local first. Every producer we list trades within 60 miles of the venue.
  • Honest pricing. Trade prices on the page, no hidden listing fees, no minimum spend.
  • Built around routes. Your delivery window is set by your postcode, not a call centre.
